REGISTRATION PROCEDURES AND POLICIES

Registration/Payment Procedure

1. Select appropriate class and age level using class descriptions listed on insert.

2. If your selected class has an opening a separate registration form for each child and each class with payment MUST be submitted at the Hospitality Desk when registering.

3. Payment in full and completed registration form must be received prior to classes starting in order to secure your place in your selected class as classes may be closed, cancelled or rearranged when necessary on the Friday prior to the start of a session.

4. If the class is full, you may place your name on a waiting list or select another class. If on the waiting list, you will be contacted by the Sunday prior to the session beginning if any classes have opened or another class has been scheduled.

5. Attend your first scheduled class. You WILL NOT be called after your registration is accepted. Just attend the first class.

6. Groups are scheduled for 4 or more students. If your class has less than 4 students on the first day of class, it will be conducted as 5 half-hour semi-private lessons with no additional fees, or you have the option to pay the additional fees for 8 semi-private or private lessons.

7. Instructor reserves the right to move children based on skill level and to add children to classes as necessary.

8. Fall – Spring Sessions run four weeks, 2 days per week. Summer sessions run Monday through Thursday for 2 weeks unless otherwise specified.

9. All classes will be held at the indoor pool with the exception of summer lessons, which will be held at the outdoor pool weather permitting.

Refund/Make-up Policy

1. If you must cancel prior to the first lesson, YOU WILL FORFEIT _ OF YOUR CLASS FEE AS A DEPOSIT.

2. There are NO REFUNDS for group lessons after the 1st day of class for any reason.

3. Make up lessons for groups are provided ONLY if the instructor cancels class due to illness or severe weather conditions. We cannot provide make-ups in group classes if your child misses due to illness or personal reasons.
