Two different program levels to accomodate most people:
U.S. Army Level
This program is designed for people who exercise moderately and who are looking for a fun and challenging way to improve their fitness. The goal of this program is two fold. For some (as stated), it will just be to improve their fitness using a military training program. For others, we will try to improve your fitness enough to pass the U.S. Army Physical Fitness Test required to complete Boot Camp.
U.S. Navy Seal Level
This program is designed to get you fit enough to pass the Entrance Physical Fitness Screening Test for the U.S. Navy Seals Special Warfare Program (also known as BUDS). This program will be rigorous for most people.
