Aqua Power
You create the intensity for a power-packed 45 minute workout.
Aqua Stretch
This class utilizes principles of yoga, pilates, physical therapy range of motion exercises and active stretching in the soothing aquatic environment. Great class for stress relief in addition to enhancing flexibility and range of motion.
Beginner’s Club
People who exercise in a group tend to achieve their goals faster than those who exercise alone. Join us for 45 minutes of fun and encouragement while gaining strength, endurance and flexibility in a non-threatening class environment.
Boot Camp
FRONT AND CENTER! This hour long class will challenge all participants from beginner to advanced athletes. Combining cardio intervals, circuits, strength moves and plyometrics, you are sure to get a great workout. Drop and give it your all!
Cardio Chisel
Combines cardio with total body strength training. Designed to build aerobic conditioning, aerobic endurance while burning fat. All levels welcome.
Cardio Fusion
Shake up your workout with cardio, core and muscle training. This energy packed hour is geared to all levels and includes aerobic segments, core strength, muscle conditioning and stretching.
Cardio Kickbox
A Cardiovascular class which includes continuous segments of King Box, boxing, Tai Chi and plyometrics. All levels welcome, modifications provided.
H2O Dynamics
Cardio and strengthening workout in the water that utilizes circuit, interval and aerobic training formats. 1 hour class.
Intro To Step
A 15-minute introduction to step. Recommended for those who are new to step.
Lift
An exciting concept in Group Fitness which utilizes strength training in a group setting. Exercise selections are consistent in all lift classes and change quarterly. Classes are team-taught. All levels welcome.
Rowing & Strength
A total body workout combining cardio and strength training. The cardio portion of the class will be done on the Concept2 rower. * Please sign up at the hospitality desk for this class.
Spin
Spinning is a stationary cycling workout that simulates the riding positions used on the real road bikes. Participants follow the rhythm of the music and transform the energy from the music into powerful pedal strokes. Ages 14 and up.
Step it Up
A beginner/intermediate class focusing on basic step patterns taught in combination form.
Senior Fitness
A 45 minute class for balance, strength and flexibility.
Turf & Surf
30 minutes of strength training combined with 50 minutes of cardio & dynamic stretch in the water. The perfect combo.
Tubing
Ready for a new level of fitness training? Join us for an hour-long class utilizing resistance tubes and core boards. Four levels of intensity from light to super intense resistance.
Yoga
A mind-body experience involving breathing and posture that adds strength and flexibility. Class is one hour.
Iyengar Yoga
Based on alignment, precise in execution and adaptable to all levels of fitness through its use of props. Individual attention and stress relief free of charge. Class is 1.5 hours.
Zumba
A fusion of Latin and International music. Aerobic/ fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
