What is Pilates?

Pilates is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises designed to tone muscles, improve posture, provide flexibility and balance. It will unite body and mind, and create a more streamlined shape, treating the body as an integrated whole. You will improve circulation, reduce stress, improve endurance, look better and feel great.

Using resistance springs and controlled movements on the Pilates machine “the Reformer,” you will create strong, lean muscles as well as enhance your physical and emotional well-being.

Joseph Pilates, the creator of the Pilates method, has said, “In ten sessions you will feel the difference, in twenty you will see the difference, and in thirty you will have a whole new body.”
