Rhoni Kircher began teaching at Kingwood Athletic Club in March of 2005. Her interest in Pilates began when she was a student herself. She was amazed by the strengthening, reshaping and toning benefits she gained. Rhoni began training with Pilates Elite and became certified in 2003. Her background also includes extensive dance training in ballet, tap, jazz and hip hop. Rhoni believes that her dance experience as both a student and teacher, and her blend of both traditional and modern Pilates methods enables her to be a well rounded pilates instructor.

Renee Holzman’s interest in Pilates began in early 2002 when she added Pilates to her workout routine. She immediately was intrigued by Pilates because she began to see the results that she had been looking for, but had not achieved, from her previous workout regiment. Her body was transformed and she was hooked. She continued taking Pilates and noticed herself gaining the strength and flexibility she had wanted. Her passion for the benefits of Pilates inspired her to begin training in early 2006 for her certification through Physical Mind Institute. She believes that form is crucial and that anyone, no matter what their athletic background is, can benefit from Pilates. |
