Philosophy:
Becoming a Certified Personal Trainer has been an extreme passion of mine. I was inspired to pursue this path by a transformation of my own, in the year 2005 my weight was 190 pounds. I absolutely believe 100% in what I do as a Personal Trainer and what it consists of. I also strongly believe in the endless rewards that one receives when they commit their mind, spirit and body to their fitness goals. Although initially baby steps to success is an excellent beginning. Having a positive support system is very beneficial for one to have and as a trainer I am that positive link that will be right alongside of all my clients throughout their challenging and new journey towards health and fitness. I will help each and every one of my clients to stay highly focused and motivated as well as giving them a variety in their workouts that will keep their heart rates up, while still allowing their work out to be enjoyable at times for them. Having been on both sides of the weight issue myself, I know just how intimidating initially walking into a fitness club environment can be for some. I have a strong compassion, belief in, and desire for others, and in helping each and every one of them achieve their goals in fitness training as well as giving them encouragement and the tools to find the strength and determination that is ALREADY INSIDE OF THEM. Helping others feel good about who they are and in helping them to raise self esteem, self-confidence level, and by receiving the opportunity to observe them grow individually by far out weights any other cost and or reward that I could ever even ask for.
