Philosophy:
Personal commitment to newly structured exercise is not only challenging, but at times overwhelming. As a Personal Trainer, I devote myself to not only well developed exercise and nutrition programs, but to assisting clients with time management and personal commitment.
A key to success is variation; proper cross training provides diversity the body needs to keep my clients from “plateauing” to quickly. Motiviation and accountability are very important factors to success, and it is my responsibility to make all individuals understand these concepts as well as respond to positive reinforcement.
