GOT FAT???? Most people never achieve their personal fitness goals because they don’t have the time of the motivation to exercise regularly. I know how boring and repetitive workouts cam be, so I constantly strive to incorporate new exercise into your workouts. I truly care about you and your fitness goals. The first meeting is devoted to assessing your fitness level, body measurements, exercise, health history, and your goals. Be prepared to step on the scale, have your body fat tested and answer specific questions about your goals. I will then design your personal fitness training program based on your goals and your current fitness level. I will be with you every step of the way providing you with encouragement and instruction you need.
