Philosophy:
Who wants a life without cake? I do not believe in diets or deprivation, but don’t get too excited because I do believe in hard work. You have to do the work to get the results.  I believe in finding the balance in life and that includes exercise and nutrition. We all have different fitness goals, body types, activities we like and dislike, and schedules to juggle.  Being successful is about figuring out what you want and what you are willing to do to achieve it.  I want to design a program that will not only get you the desired results but also to teach you how to create a balance in life so that you get the body you want without giving up any joy in life. I want to show you how being healthier will only add to your life. It’s all about balance: calories in and calories out, burning fat and building muscle, stretching and strengthening, time at home and time at the gym. Let’s find your balance.
