Margaret Rose Roberto has been a practitioner of Iyengar yoga for over twenty years. Her teacher training began in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1987. She has also completed courses in Houston. Having studied with senior Iyengar teachers in Houston , Edinburgh and Colorado, her teaching is based on student needs and faithful to the Iyengar tradition. Principles of strict alignment, safety, individual adjustments and focus on the therapeutic value of yoga permeate her work. The art and science of Yoga, as well as its philosophy, are part of her teaching. Helping to nurture the yoga community at KAC brings her joy!
