Philosophy:
To provide a safe and fun environment for all participants where education and exercise meet. I enjoy teaching and challenging participants to become more aware of their strengths and using those to build a foundation from which they can improve. I believe all individuals can learn and improve but as a teacher it is important to find a way to make it enjoyable and fun for all.
