Philosophy:
A fit and healthy lifestyle is what I am all about. I do my best to make my programs fit the person I am working with. I want my clients to enjoy what they are doing when they work with me. All the while, I am trying to incorporate health and fitness into their lifestyles. Lets face it…Most people do not see much success with “The start a diet and exercise program on Monday, only to have it incomplete disarray by Wednesday or Thursday, have the huge last supper on Sunday, and restart again on Monday lifestyle. Here are to cold hard facts about achieving a fitness goal. You have to work HARD to which allows you to work HARDER to get in BETTER shape. This has to become a lifestyle for lasting results. Implementing this is where a trainer can be effective so now is the time to get your “dairy aire” in gear. :)
