You can join as your own group or meet new friends and support each other. Teams of 6 are forming now with training times available in the evening, early and mid-morning.

This challenge is to keep your eye on the ball not the turkey for the holidays and start your New Year’s resolution before January. Your resolution will be to maintain your AWESOME body!

The challenge starts Dec 1. We will be working in to the New Year finishing Jan 7th
Cost:
Members $150.00
Non-members $180.00
For $20/$25 a week you get a one-hour session with a trainer.
Price includes $30 registration fee. Payment Plans available.
You will be responsible for completing workouts and making smart food choices when we are not together, but I will be guiding you every step of the way.
