MILITARY STYLE TRAINING IS HERE AT KAC!
Beginner to intermediate fitness level: this program is designed for people who are looking for a fun and challenging class to improve their fitness using a boot camp style training program. The instructor will try to improve your fitness in stages with the goal of getting you fit enough to pass the u.S. Army physical fitness test for your age group. Get fit and have fun in a small group setting. The class size will be limited to six people per class.

January 3 – March 21 (12 weeks)
Cost:
Member: 12 sessions for $240
Non-member: 12 sessions for $300
