MILITARY STYLE TRAINING IS HERE AT KAC!
Three different programs to accommodate most people.
1. U.S. Army Program (beginner to intermediate fitness level): this program is designed for people who are looking for a fun and challenging way to improve their fitness using a military style training program. I will try to improve your fitness in stages with the end goal of getting you fit enough to pass the U.S. Army Physical Fitness Test for your age group. You will get fit and have fun.
2. U.S. Navy Seal (advanced level program)**: this program is designed to get you fit enough to pass the entrance physical fitness screening test for the U.S. Navy Seals Special Warfare Program (also known as BUD/S). This program is not for the faint of heart. It will be rigorous and challenging. It requires dedication, time and the ability to swim.
3. U.S. Army Ranger (advanced level program)**: this program is designed to get you fit enough to pass the desired U.S. Army Ranger Physical Fitness Standards. This program is rigorous, challenging and not for the physically weak. It requires dedication and time. You will be fit if you can complete it.
**It is recommended that you be able pass the U.S. Army Physical Fitness Test for your age group before undertaking the navy seal or the army ranger advanced level programs.
