Youth Strength Training (YST)
A challenging class designed for 10 – 19 year olds.
Kingwood Athletic Club Certified Personal Trainer, Flint Perry will conduct a variety of strength and conditioning exercises with core strengthening and stretching. A positive spin to summer fun at KAC.
Have fun and face the challenge while you get fit.
Class will be held:
Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 3:00pm
