You create your intensity level for a power-packed 45 minute workout.

Aqua Stretch
This class utilizes principles of yoga, pilates, physical therapy range of motion exercises and active stretching in the soothing aquatic environment. Great class for stress relief in addition to enhancing flexibility and range of motion.
30 minute class.

H2O Dynamics
Cardio and strengthening workout in the water that utilizes circuit, interval and aerobic training formats.

This class is for those just starting a workout program or who have special considerations (i.e. arthritis, fibromyalgia, joint limitations or replacements.) Arthritis Foundation exercises in the water which are designed to maintain joint ROM and flexibility while challenging your cardiovascular system through low impact aerobic conditioning.
